310 g flour, a pinch of salt
1,5 tsp. baking powder
80 g powdered sugar
150 g margarine/butter
80 g sour cream/yogurt (2 tbsp.)
2 yolks

Filling:
400 g dry poppy seeds
180 g sugar + 100 ml water
100 g nuts, 100 g raisins
1 tbsp. starch (15 g)
1 large apple (220 g)
2 egg whites, vanilla

Streusel:
50 g margarine/butter
50 g sugar + 80 g flour

180°C ~ 60-70 min
