Are you looking for a quick and easy no bake banana dessert recipe? Then you will love these mini banana and caramel dessert cups! They are delicious, creamy, and perfect for any occasion. They are also called banoffee pie cups, but whatever you call them, they are just divine!

These banana dessert cups are made with simple ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen. You will need:

For the caramel sauce:
• Sugar - ½ cup (100 grams)
• Cream - ¼ cup (70 grams)
• Butter - 2 tbsp. (25 grams)
• Salt - ¼ tsp.

For the creamy layer:
• Whipping cream - 1 cup (240 grams)
• Mascarpone cheese - ½ cup (100 grams) - can be replaced with cream cheese or heavy cream
• Sugar - ¼ cup (50 grams)
• Vanilla extract - ¼ tsp.

For the remaining layers:
• Wheat meal cookies (or graham crackers) - 7 pieces
• Bananas - 1 or 2

The best part is that you don't need to bake anything. You just need to make a homemade caramel sauce (or use store bought caramel, I'm not judging), whip some cream and mascarpone, and layer everything in small cups or glasses. Then, you can enjoy them right away or refrigerate them overnight. Refrigerating overnight is completely optional, but leaving the cups overnight makes them even better!

These dessert cups are so easy to make and so satisfying to eat. They are great for parties, picnics, or just as a treat for yourself. You can also customize them with different fruits, nuts, or chocolate chips. No bake, no oven, no fuss!
