Internationally known as "Hong tian mi ling", this 1994 action film brings back the tandem of Edu Manzano and Cynthia Luster, this time with Sharon Young, John Cheung, and Dan Fernandez. They are also joined by Vivan Foz, Philip Kho ( who is also the stunt coordinator), King Kong, Joji Isla, Ramon Zamora, Charlie Davao, Edwin Reyes, and Eddie Tuazon among others. Directed by Godfrey Ho with Pooch Bautista as assistant director and with a screenplay by Humilde 'Meek' Roxas.

With a Philippine theatrical release title of "Tinyente Saplan: Walang Kasukat Sa Tapang", this film is produced by Solar Films International with Executive Producer, Mr. Wilson Tieng.
