This is me making a J. Cole "7 Minute Drill" type beat in FL Studio. I wanted to try to make something similar to the song from the new J Cole "Might Delete Later" album he just dropped. The 1st part is a hard Detroit type beat, and the second part of the beat is a darker Griselda type boombap beat, just like the song. I don't really make these types of beats, so it was good to try out and learn! The drums for this came mainly from my first ever stash kit, "Maxeyy Stash V2," that you can get here: https://bit.ly/3sMq0pO. Let me know your thoughts on this in the comments below!
