An excerpt of my presentation at this year's UDADA Future Black Girls Conference in Canada, I was honoured as a Special Keynote Speaker to talk and teach future black girls about healthy strategies to use beyond trauma. We explored the diversity of trauma and the use of existentialism, including logotherapy and DBT.
