We grabbed this fabulous little haul of morels on Easter, March 31st 2024. Many of the mushrooms we found were too small to take, but we still left with a nice basket. This year was early in south-central Kansas! We are in a moderate drought in much of our area, so we were so happy to get out after a pretty good rain a few days earlier.
