In October of 2008, a Qantas Airlines Flight 72 was carrying 315 people to Perth in Australia 37,000 feet in the sky when it suddenly began to pitch downwards.

The pilots had lost control of the malfunctioning aircraft which seemed to have a mind of its own, and it was fast becoming a game of chance as the plane violently plunged towards the Indian Ocean.
