This perfect 15-minute yoga class is designed to be a well-rounded stretch for your hips all done lying on your back. You will need a strap for this practice. If you don't have one, no big deal, just find something like a dog leash or tie that you can wrap around your foot for some hamstrings, inner thigh, and outer hip stretches! This is a great all-around sequence that should be revisited as often as you like!
