My name is Bill Bowen - I am a college-level project management instructor in Ottawa, Canada.

As an aid to my students' assignment to complete a project management plan, I have uploaded this walk-through of the assigned template for the project management plan, with the hope of providing some beneficial approaches, background information and instructions on how to develop each section in the template.

My recommended strategy is to use the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) as the basis for each section of the template. The video explores this strategy in more detail.
