Kal 칼 = Knife
GukSu 국수 = Noodles

Yield: 2 Servings
Anchovy Broth 멸치육수
3 Liters (12 Cups) Water 물
1 Scallion 쪽파 또는 대파
1 Thick Slice Korean Radish 무
3 Crushed Garlic Cloves
6 Peppercorns 검은 후추 열매
1 Tablespoon 큰술 Mirim 미림
1 Tablespoon 큰술 Guk-Soy Sauce 국간장
1 Dashi Pack 다시팩

Substitution Options for Dashi Pack:
3 - 5 Dried Anchovy 다시멸치
2 Pieces Dried Sea Kelp 다시마 (🌱Vegan option)

Optional Broth Seasoning:
½ Teaspoon 작은술 Beef or Anchovy Dashida 쇠고기 또는 멸치 다시다
(🌱Vegan option: YonDu, plant based broth enhancer)
OR
Add Small 2 pinches of salt of MSG
