• Sour cream - 150 g
• Vegetable oil - 60 g
• Lemon juice - 3 tbsp.
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.

• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Flour - 90 g
• Sugar - 70 g
• Baking soda - 1/3 tsp.
• Citric acid - 1 pinch
• Salt - 1 pinch
• Vanillin - 1 g
• Condensed milk (boiled)

• Butter (can be replaced with margarine) - 200 g
• Sugar - 150 g
• Cocoa powder - 30 g
• Flour - 350 g
• Baking Powder - 10 g
• Egg - 1 pc.
*** You'll get a lot of cookies - two large baking sheets 30x40 cm. But do not reduce the amount - They are VERY tasty!
