Depeche Mode live at the Velódromo Estadio Nacional, Santiago, Chile, April 10th 1994, during the Exotic tour. Back in the 90s I video tape traded with two collectors in Santiago and so I picked up many hours of video tape from them, all from TV in Chile dating back to the early 80s.
