The fourth ship cleared to depart Baltimore after the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse was bulk carrier, Phatra Naree. This was one of the ships that was trapped in Baltimore that was given clearance to depart by the U.S. Coast Guard on April 25, 2024, as cleanup and recovery efforts continue at the site of the bridge collapse.
