▶ Recipe and ingredients:
8 chicken thighs
olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
Salt, black pepper, pepper mix
Juice of half a lemon
rosemary
paprika
Marinate the chicken and let it rest for 30 minutes
Potato
Add salt to boiling water
Bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes
Drain the potatoes
Salt, dry garlic, basil, parsley, paprika, turmeric
some vegetable oil
Heat a frying pan with some vegetable oil
Fry on both sides over high heat

1 teaspoon honey
