He then tossed all her items out of the house and even got rid of her dog. She’s suing for the value of her items. The defendant claims the deal was he would get the house if she didn’t pay him back, and he says she abandoned her things. He’s countersuing for back rent, taxes, and utility bills.


The plaintiff says the defendant plowed into her parked car during a snowstorm and promised to pay for the damages. She claims he then disappeared and changed his number, but she tracked him down. She wants her money, and she’s suing for it. The defendant says she’s taking advantage of him. He claims the accident was minor, and he’s countersuing for his damages.
