I don't eat sugar! The best dessert for losing weight! Do you have oatmeal, banana and cocoa?

Recipe and ingredients:
Recipe 1
150 g oat flakes.
150 ml milk.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
2 eggs.
2 bananas.
1 teaspoon vanillin.
20 g cocoa powder.
5g baking powder.
Oil.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
30g nuts.
40g dark chocolate.
20 ml hot milk.

Recipe 2
1 cup nuts.
2 bananas.
1 teaspoon ginger.
1 cup oatmeal.
Cinnamon.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.

Recipe 3
300 g oat flakes.
1 tablespoon baking powder.
2 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
3 tablespoons sweetener.
3 apples.
50ml water.
100g nuts.
Mold 22 cm (9 inches).
30 g cranberries.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 45 minutes.

30 ml water.
1 cup oatmeal.
30g nuts.
Avocado oil.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.

1 cup oatmeal.
1 cup oatmeal.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
A pinch of salt.
1/2 cup cane sugar.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
3 tablespoons milk.
90g melted butter (or coconut oil).
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
