"She’s Always In My Hair" was released as the b-side of Raspberry Beret (in North America) and Paisley Park, the first single (in their respective territories) from Prince’s seventh album Around The World In A Day, the second album to be credited to Prince and the Revolution.
Basic tracking took place on 29 December 1983 at IN STUDIO 3 at Sunset Sound in Hollywood, California (a day after "Next Time Wipe The Lipstick Off Your Collar", the day before "We Can F+ck" , later retitled "We Can Funk"). Although credited to Prince and the Revolution, the track is a solo performance by Prince.
