The Rochelle, Illinois Police Department took the lip sync challenge to new heights with their much anticipated video! Featuring City Manager Jeff Fiegenschuh as the "bad guy", Rochelle Officers spent the day chasing him from the community's quaint downtown to the town's best-known attraction: the Chicagoland Skydiving Center....where the bad guy AND the cops jumped out of a perfectly good airplane....all in a quest to save their donuts!
