RULES: All characters have 3 hidden block cards and a mushroom always, Mario must always use a hidden block card every turn, Luigi must always use a hidden block card every turn, Luigi must use the default option on the board otherwise (direction/ shop item purcahses), Luigi must do absolutely nothing in minigames (no button/ joystick inputs), the master CPUs can do whatever they want because we can't control them
