Fish cutlets are prepared from both river and sea fish in which there are few small bones. Try catfish fish cakes, they are very tender, juicy inside, with crispy crackers on top. Cook according to my recipes, subscribe to the channel. Bon Appetit everyone!!!

Recipe:
Minced fish 500g (catfish, pike, zander, hake)
Onion 1 pc
Milk 100-150g
Long loaf 100g (or white bread)
Butter 25g
Salt 1 tsp
Black ground pepper 1/3 tsp
Yolk 1 pc
Breadcrumbs 50g
Garlic 1 tooth
Vegetable oil 100-150g

Fry cutlets for 4 minutes on each side.
Yield 15 pcs. 65g each
