Cottage cheese casserole "Only 3"! Easy to remember recipe! Juicy and soft cottage cheese casserole!

To prepare a soft and juicy cottage cheese casserole:

Curd - 600 g
Large egg - 3 pcs.
Salt - a pinch
Sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
Sour cream - 3 tablespoons with a big hill
Semolina - 3 tablespoons
Lemon zest, vanilla sugar - optional
Raisins - 3 tbsp with slide (optional)

1. Pour boiling water over raisins and leave for 5-10 minutes. Drain the water and dry the raisins with paper towels.
2. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks.
3. Add a pinch of salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, sour cream, semolina, yolks to the cottage cheese. Blend with a blender for 5 minutes until completely smooth.
4. Add raisins, mix.
5. Add lemon zest.
6. Beat the whites until fluffy and mix with the curd mass.
7. Lubricate the mold with butter. Transfer the curd mass into the form.
8. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
