Kristen Bell ("The Good Place," "Veronica Mars") and Monica Padman (Co-host, "Armchair Expert") joined BlogHer to talk about their new podcast "Shattered Glass," their friendship, and how their working relationship has changed over the years. Bell and Padman opened up about how their new podcast came about. Padman originally started as Kristen's assistant, and soon Dax Shephard asked her to co-host a podcast, "Armchair Expert," where they had notable guests including Prince Harry. Bell says at first the transition of losing Monica to Dax's podcast was an adjustment. Padman reveals how she had to draw boundaries to be able to grow in her career, and how she and Bell navigated that.

In "Shattered Glass," Padman and Bell will be talking to notable women who have shattered the glass ceiling, including their first guest, activist Gloria Steinem.
