Dessert in 5 Minutes Lowers Blood Sugar Everyone's Talking About! Forget being overweight
1 beetroot.
1 apple.
1 lemon, we use the zest and pulp of the lemon.
The white part is bitter, remove it.
1 kiwi.
Ginger.
400 ml water.
Grind with a blender.
Strain through a sieve or cloth;
Put the pulp in a pot and make a dessert out of it.
Drink 1 glass per day.
Sweeten to taste as the puree is already sweet.
1 tablespoon rice flour to make the puree thicker.
Cook the puree for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
Allow the puree to cool to room temperature.
Whip 200 ml cream with 35% fat until light peaks form.
Then add sweetener to taste and beat until stiff peaks form.
Add the puree to the cream and stir.
Pour into bowls.
Decorate with nuts.
Very tasty and healthy, definitely try it!
