留学先のアメリカで出合った、空気から水を作る技術を具現化させたいと起業した河﨑悠有さん。1日200リットルの水が作れる、日本製の空気製水機を完成させました。口当たりがまろやかで硬度が保たれたこの水を使ったコーヒーの販売だけでなく、行政と連携し指定避難所に試験的に設置。災害時でも飲料水を確保できる取り組みも行っています。水不足やインフラが整っていない国や地域にも普及させたいと語る河﨑さんの思い描く未来とは？

Mr. Yu Kawasaki started his own business in hopes of turning the technology for making water from air that he learned about while studying abroad in the United States into a reality. He completed a Japanese-made air-water machine that can produce 200 liters of water per day. In addition to selling coffee made with this water, which has a smooth taste and maintains a constant hardness, he is collaborating with the government and installing the machines on a trial basis at designated evacuation shelters; working to ensure drinking water even in times of disaster. Mr. Kawasaki says he wants to spread this technology to countries and regions that lack water or infrastructure. What kind of future does he envision?
