✅ Ingredients:
2 eggs
160g/ 5.6 ounces sugar
a pinch of salt
Beat for 4-5 minutes
130 ml/ 4.4 fluid ounces vegetable oil
130 ml/ 4.4 fluid ounces milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
200 gr/ 7 ounces flour
10g/0.35oz baking powder
400 gr/ 14 ounces strawberries
20 gr/ 0.7 oz desiccated coconut
Bake in the oven at 190 (370F) for 35 minutes
baking dish 27x18 cm (10x7 inches)
