I forgot about my blood sugar levels. This broccoli recipe is pure gold.

Recipe and ingredients:
500 grams of broccoli.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Cook for 2 minutes.
1 onion.
Cut out as in the video.
Olive oil.
2 cloves of garlic.
2 carrots.
Cut out as in the video.
2 zucchinis.
Cut out as in the video.
2 sweet peppers.
Cut out as in the video.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
Cook for 10-12 minutes.
Nutritious.
4 eggs.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
250 ml of milk.
30 ml olive oil.
4 tablespoons of flour.
1 teaspoon of baking powder.
120 grams of hard cheese.
Parsley.
Add vegetables.
Place broccoli on top.
10 cherry tomatoes.
Use a spoon to pour the filling.
Oven for 35 minutes 180° or 360F.
125 grams of mozzarella cheese.
Oven 5 minutes 180° or 360°F.
