How to get the bad ending | What comes after gameplay

So I went back into this game to get all the achievements and one of them was a bad ending. I was pretty sure I already knew how to get it but It did confuse me a little.

When You get on the ghost train , after talking to the lady ghost you go right back to your seat and sit down. Now this is where I was confused because NOTHING HAPPENED!

I slowed the game down a little for those who want to read the text This was my second playthrough of the game so I just rushed through everything. If you want to skip the text and just see the ending go to 05:10
