Dry yeast 1 tsp ( 3 g )
sugar 1 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
vegetable oil 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp
flour 280 g+/-

stuffing:
Cheese 150 g
garlic 2-3 cloves
greens (I have dried parsley) 1 tbsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
1 egg for brushing (egg white can be added to the filling)
