How to Play the Marvel Multiverse Role-Playing Game. This video covers chapters 1 – 3 of the MMRPG Core Rulebook (which includes the basics of how to play the game, the core mechanics, and a review of the character profile), and takes all the latest errata, official content and developer insights into consideration. Lots of my own tips and tricks as well, after having run this game for multiple groups over the last half year or so.

This video would be an ideal one to share with someone before they sit down to play for the first time, or for someone who is on the fence about playing and would like to get a sense for the rules before they commit to a game or purchase the Core Rulebook.

I’ve got at least two more videos planned in this series – Combat Basics (Chapter 4 from the Core Rulebook) and Creating a Character (Chapter 5 – 7). If there’s interest, I could think about one covering the basics of Narrating – let me know in the comments.

Other content I’ve been thinking about is some homebrew related to both X-Men ’97 and Deadpool and Wolverine. Anything from translating the “Gambit riding Wolverine into battle” maneuver into a game mechanic, to the possibility of a “Fourth Wall” Power Set. Your comments are the primary way I prioritize, so let me know if this would be of interest!
