My quick oatmeal bread for a healthy breakfast! No flour, no butter, no gluten
Recipes and ingredients:
Recipe 1
1 cup oatmeal.
A pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon baking soda.
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds.
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds.
200 ml yogurt.
1 egg.
0.5 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
Recipe 2
1 cup oatmeal.
2 eggs.
Salt.
Dry spices.
3 tablespoons yogurt.
Avocado oil.
Mozzarella cheese.
Recipe 3
Oat flakes 220 g.
Avocado oil.
1 large apple.
120g yogurt.
1/4 teaspoon baking powder.
2 tablespoons stevia.
Vanillin.
80 g cranberries.
80g chopped nuts.
2 egg whites.
