A: 8 oz boiling water and allow it to steep for 15 or more minutes

A: I use a zero calorie sweeter but you can also use honey.

Q: How long did you use the detox?
A: I took the detox a total of 5 times.

Q: Did you see results?
A: The first time I took the tea I saw results the next day. Bloating in my stomach went down significantly.

A: I did not, my goal was to take the detox for the entire 14 days but it was too intense for me

A: I lost 5 lbs the initial time I tried the tea.
