COOL boiling water AND CABBAGE !!! These PIES HAVE BEEN ALL RECORDS IN MY KITCHEN !!!
Perhaps this is one of my favorite pastry dough recipes. The result is always excellent. Pies without dairy products and eggs, but they are very tender, all thanks to boiling water!
Recipe.
Steep boiling water - 250ml
Warm water - 250ml
Yeast - 7gr (dry)
Salt-1 tsp
Sugar-1 tsp
Flour-700gr
Vegetable oil-2 tbsp
Filling
Cabbage-500gr
Carrot-1pc
Bow-1pc
Salt and pepper to taste
Tomato paste-2 tbsp
Vegetable oil for frying
