If you are wondering what happen in the video, I wrote below my headcanon for Reverse Falls and the video explanation.
My headcanon for Reverse Falls:
In this Au Mable and Dipper didn't go to Gravity Falls when they were 12-3 because Mabel, in order to defend herself and Dipper form some bullies, badly hurt one of them. So their parents decided to move away from their city and to not send them to Grunkle Stan.
After this Mabel and Dipper began to be more confident in themselves and to be really good at lying, deceiving and controlling poeple.
Basically they only trust each others and no one else.
Four years after the incident with the bullied they are sent to Gravity Falls for the summer and there they find the 2nd journal and recreate the tent of telepathy.

Pacifica finds the thruth behind her family alone. Shattered by this revelation she ran away from home (just for one day if you were wondering) and met Gideon where he canonically find the 2nd journal . Gideon never found the 2nd journal because of their meeting and after that he and Pacifica become friends.

In order to be more specific: Mabel and Dipper are still Pines, Gideon family sold the tent of telepathy to Grunkle Stan since Gideon didn't want to do the show after meeting Pacifica, Pacifica works at the Mystery Shack because she wants to be indipendent from her parents and Grunkle Stan began having the same relationship he had with Mabel and Dipper (in the original show) with Gideon and Pacifica.
When Mabel and Dipper go to Gravity Falls for passing the summer they are forced by Grunkle Stan to work in the Mystery Shack, because of that Pacifica is afraid that Grunkle Stan will fire her since now he has two people that can work for free. So the rivality between pacifica/gideon and the twins begin. One day Grunkle Stan send all four to hang sings for the Mystery Shack, Gideon and Pacifica finds the journal n3 and Mabel and Dipper the journal n2.
Thanks to that they find the amulets too and the tent of telepathy and since they don't want to work in the Mystery Shack they decide to recreate the tent of telepathy. All the other characters of Gravity Falls are not reversed since everything in the video is already too confusing and sincerly I never thought of some headcanons for them.

Video Explaination:

Mable and Dipper's aim is to find all the journals and starts the weirdmagedon to became incredible powerfull and control reality (basically what Will Cipher wants to do in the real show)in order to do so, during a show they invite Gideon and Pacifica to help them with some magic tricks. During the show Dipper threatened Pacifica by showing her the corpse of a guy(the body was hide by the tents) and by telling her that she has to choose between being possessed by Will or being killed with Gideon and the audience . Pacifica choose for being possessed and thanks to that Dipper and Mabel managed to obtain journal n3. By threatening Gideon they obtained journal n1 from Grunkle Stan and starts Weirdmaggeon.

The dead guy that Pacifica see and you also see alive with Mabel was a fan of the tent of thelepathy show(I didn't put in it randomly). After that Mabel cut his hand and killed him the twins use his corpse to put Will inside of it. They made this in order to keep Will's power in check and better controll him (so there's a reason for Will to be in human form).

Even though I have a detailed idea of Reverse Falls I don't think I will ever make a comic or a cartoon of it. I'm now working on a webcomic that has nothing to do with Gravity/Reverse Falls even though the two main characters I created kinda reminds me of Reverse!Mabel and Reverse!Dipper (mind you I created them even before the show was first aired). And between creating something that is 100% mine and creating something based on an AU of an already existing show I prefer the first option unless, of course, you want to economically help me with that .
Also I don't think people would stole my webcomic as much as people have done with my three page comic of Reverse Falls that I made years ago (this one https://diaphorotes.tumblr.com/post/1...) so I will probably suffer less :) (no, but for real guys stop stealing it, like really,stop.)
