If you are a serious WordPress developer you can't do anything significant without PRO WordPress plugins. Time and budget just don't allow to do it all yourself from scratch. It is better to just lean towards already created wordpress top plugins that are established in the market. Some of the essential wordopress plugins or must have plugins for every serious WordPress project are:

- ACF PRO
- Elementor PRO
- MemberPress
- Uncanny Automator
- Live Chat
- WPML - WordPress Multilingual Plugin
- Bookly PRO
- Paid Memberships PRO
- Push Engage

Now these are paid plugins that enable you to manage WordPress in a way that free plugins do not. They have got teams of developers and years of experience in developing & perfecting one thing to it's maximum capacity. They do one thing with utmost precision and efficiency. You can not just develop a custom solution like these on your own. Time and budget won't allow that. If you need these functionalities, it's better to just get the PRO plugin, implement functionality, complete the project, save time and money.

So you have to use these plugins but these have high license fee. It's difficult for an average developer or junior dev to get these PRO plugins and renew subscription each year.

But you need to use these for your private work and in the office. If you are a new developer! You want a job! It is best that you have experienced some of these PRO plugins to get a good job.
But you can't buy these plugins as a junior dev who is just starting, can you?

Guess, what?
You do not need to buy these to experience these as a junior developer. You will use these in office or while working for the clients. Your office or client will pay for these. Your office or your client will pay for these PRO plugins. Clients use PRO plugins at their sites and PRO plugins have single site license.

You can learn what these PRO plugins offer from YouTube. You just need to know how these plugins work and what they offer. Rest does not matter. Offices have multi-site licenses for PRO plugins for their clients. Or client who wants a good website developed, already knows which plugin they need. And they are willing to get PRO plugin if their site needs it.

So as a junior dev, you do not need to worry about buying PRO plugins. And do not download PRO plugins from sites out there. Those plugins are outdated and may contain malicious code that will get the site hacked. Be very very careful when you receive PRO plugin from someone. Do not download these from random sites. Do not buy these on discounts. Only get these from official site. But you will not need to buy these on your own. License is personal thing and it should be bought by client who is developing his site. In this way client is responsible to upgrade it when needed.

So in short, just learn from YouTube tutorials, learn how these plugins work and what they offer. You will get these and use these in you office or client will provide these plugins.
