To get a professional view of what the proposed changes to the International Health Regulations (IHR) and the Pandemic Treaty mean in practice from a legal perspective, she invited Philipp Kruse, a lawyer from Switzerland who is well versed in the issue.

Philipp Kruse´s message is crystal clear, do not give the WHO more mandates to control the health policies of the WHO member states. It would be extremely dangerous since it would expose whole populations to dangerous, mandatory and experimental medical treatments without individual consent.
