It seems like Lumon and Kier's family are a cult. And the waffle dance is a replication of Kier's secret obsession or doings. The "Kier song" is so creepy. Performed perfectly by Patricia Arquette. I've been impressed with her in this show. I haven't seen most of her in other movies, but I quite admired her acting and subtle performances. I can't wait for Season 2.
