The new season of "Rick and Morty" began with many reversals in the plot. At first glance, the heroes come together to help Mr. Poopybutthole deal with his problems. However, some puzzling details and inconsistencies emerge. The encounter with the traitor Gearhead has no follow-up, and the recovery of Squanchy, which Rick was unaware of, causes confusion. All of this creates a mysterious and absurd setting that the authors may be mocking fans over. But at the same time, perhaps the whole plot development has a reason and it will be explained later.
