In this video, level 10 rhythmic gymnast Danielle Greenberg demonstrates many flexibility and strengthening exercises using both the ballet bar and the stall bar. This equipment allows extra support so you can perform deeper stretches and reach all of your muscles, so you can really enhance your strength. Danielle also demonstrates toe and feet exercises, which are muscles that usually do not get much attention but are important muscles to strengthen for all athletes.

Parents are encouraged to assist children to ensure that exercises are performed properly. This will create a safe environment as well as a healthy and consistent practice.
