Why didn't I know this method before, quick puff pastry without refrigerator

Materials
1 tea glass of water (100ml)
1 tea glass of milk (100ml)
1 tea glass of oil (100ml)
1 egg
1 packet of baking powder
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
4 -4.5 cups of flour (add flour in a controlled manner)

For the above
125g butter
1 glass of water Milk

for inside
200g mixed white cheese and tulum cheese
Or you can also use curd cheese

For rolling out the dough and for intermediate layers
Starch (wheat or corn, it doesn't matter, I used corn starch)
