Tens of thousands of people known as “dreamers,” come this November just days before the 2024 presidential election, will be allowed to enroll in the ACA, or Affordable Care Act, also known as ObamaCare. President Joe Biden, in making the announcement, said in a statement, “…they deserve the promise of health care just like all of us.” White House Correspondent Owen Jensen reports.
