The fella is also a playwright and script writer if you're into that, though to the internet he is the legendary'potion seller guy' (the OG video of his which is certainly worth checking out if you haven't).
The idea here was to build upon an existing piece of audio and sort of world build around it (in other words, it's an 'x' animated haha). In any case I found this particular line to be a pretty 'world-buildable' so plunged unmentionable weeks into putting it together while I had the time between jobs.

While I've dabbled in frame-by-frame before this is the most substantial thing I've done that way and has been a learning experience.

If there were any interest I'd maybe cobble together a process video, from sketch, animatic, rough, line to final result. It was all animated in photoshop so that was an adventure (where the f*** is a usable paint bucket tool??? Like surely is shouldn't be impossible to colour fill linework properly by simply blending with transparent pixels?? Ms paint does a better job Adobe, wise up ay)...
