Recipes and ingredients:
Recipes 1
1 cup oatmeal.
1 glass of water.
2 bananas.
2 eggs.
1 teaspoon vanilla.
Apple.
50g nuts.
The form is lined with parchment.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 45 minutes.
The cake must cool completely.

80g nuts.
1 tablespoon cocoa.
10 g sweetener stevia.
1 tablespoon flaxseed.
1 tablespoon coconut flakes.
1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
1 banana.
120 ml milk.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.

1 teaspoon baking powder.
Oil.
Fry on both sides over low heat until everything is cooked through.
