Incredibly tasty, juicy, hearty, bright salad for a festive table. The recipe is very simple. On the New Year's table - it's just delicious!
Recipe :
Onions - 1 pc. (I have red)
Carrots - 1 pc.
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Coriander - 0.5 tsp
Black pepper to taste.
Vegetable oil - 80 ml.
Garlic - 1-2 cloves.
Apple cider vinegar - 1.5 tablespoons ( taste)
Boiled beef - 350 g.
Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
Bulgarian red - 1 pc.
Boiled or canned beans - 150 g.
Canned corn - 150 g.
Dill - 40 g.
