The score release for Percy Jackson is pretty disappointing in terms of releasing all of the music, so sadly we're left with what is essentially scraps. With probably the shortest McCreary suite I've ever done, Kronos' theme is very subtle and built up over the series before it really becomes known in the final two episodes. It's a five note motif, most notably heard in the minotaur track, with a secondary phrase and a rushing string ostinato backing it up (an ostinato that sounds uncomfortably similar to Sauron's theme). It's a menacing enough theme, especially with how it's used by the end, but I feel like the ost release didn't help in making it anything special. There are some versions of the track in the show itself however that really help with it's impact and longevity.
