Recipes and ingredients:

1 cup oatmeal.
200 ml warm water.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
2 apples.
50ml water.
2 eggs.
80g raisins.
80 g cranberries.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 TBSP. Stevia sweetener.
50g walnuts.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 45 minutes.
Let cool down.

Recipes 2
1 cup oatmeal.
1 cup walnuts.
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar.
1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
40 g pumpkin seeds.
1 banana.
lemon juice.
100 ml water.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.

Recipes 3
1 cup oatmeal.
2 eggs.
Salt.
Dry spices.
3 tablespoons yogurt.
Avocado oil.
Mozzarella cheese.

Recipes 4
100 g oat flakes.
200 ml milk.
2 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon vanillin.
2 bananas.
1 apple.
Shape 18 cm (7 inches).
Cranberry.
30g walnuts.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
