MARINADE for 1 kg of any meat

1 liter of water
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp coriander
1 tsp peppercorns
1 head of garlic
2-3 onions

(for each additional kilogram of meat add 1 liter of water, 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar)

Cook the marinade for 15-20 minutes, cool and pour it over the meat, leave the meat in the marinade for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight. If you marinate a whole goose, duck, turkey or chicken, then leave the meat completely in the marinade for a day, then bake.
