Just a few short months prior to the League of Legends Season 2 World Championships, South Korea acquired a server to start playing one of the world’s biggest esports.
Since then, the region has dominated the competitive scene.
Korea sets the meta, they iterate on it and they style in 1v1 situations.
They’re smarter, faster and better. And everyone knows it. There’s an indisputable gap.
