It was quite a few years ago that I woke up one morning and realised that menopause was not my enemy, a condition called Metabolic Syndrome, which is exacerbated during menopause was.

I tell you about it in this short video and explain why, if you are feeling tired, bloated and overweight now that you are in your 50s or older, then it’s not due to menopause, which all women go through, it’s due to the fact that you aren’t adapting to this life-stage with the correct lifestyle changes.
