On April 9th, something memorable and exciting took place: the launch of Citronino vodka. This vodka isn't just any spirit; it's the culmination of an innovative project from students and staff in the Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts, aimed at recycling waste from classrooms and transforming it into a valuable distillate.
