Recipe and ingredients:
Recipe 1
1 cup oatmeal.
1 cup walnuts.
50 g dried apricots.
50g almonds.
1/2 cup cranberries.
2 apples.
50ml water.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
Recipe 2
125g oat flakes.
250 ml warm milk.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
2 bananas.
2 eggs.
4 tablespoons cocoa.
1 tablespoon baking powder.
Chopped nuts.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
80g dark chocolate.
30 ml milk.
Recipe 3
1 cup oatmeal.
1/2 cup nuts.
1 tablespoon sweetener.
1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds.
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
1 apple.
1 banana.
1/2 cup oatmeal.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.

2 tablespoons yogurt.
1 egg.
1 teaspoon stevia.
Vanillin.
50ml water.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
2 apples.
15g butter.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
